It only took me 2 + years but I finally found the perfect mid century modern home to restore. After spending weeks on MLS, looking at dozens of homes with my incredibly patient Realtor, writing and terminating the contract on three houses, I finally found the right house for me.
On Thursday, December 10th at 3 PM I took possession of the keys and what is sure to be a long and exciting process begins. I've got big plans for this house and am in the process right now of getting the first items addressed which include new roof, fixing minor plumbing issues, and replacing the rotted fence. Pictures to come shortly.
